1. Open the lock first
   Factory default is typically preset to 0-0-0. Line up the numbers and open the lock
2. Find the reset button
   Look for a small reset pin/button on the side of the lock. You may need a paperclip or pen tip to access it.
3. Press and hold the reset button
   Insert the paperclip or pen tip and hold the button down.
4. Choose your new combination
   While holding the reset button, turn the three dials to your desired code.
5. Write your code down and store it somewhere safe. If you forget it, you’ll need to manually try every possible combination to reopen the lock.
6. Release the reset button
   Let go of the button. Your new combination is now set.
7. Test before closing
   Scramble the numbers, then enter your new code to confirm the lock opens properly.

Q: What tools do I need?

• 4MM Allen key
• 10MM wrench, or an adjustable wrench
• If you don’t have these tools, we will ship you a free toolkit with your wheel purchase.

Q: How do I remove the old wheel?

• Lay the luggage flat on a stable surface.
• Locate the screw in the center of the wheel.
• Insert the Allen key into the screw while securing the nut with the wrench.
• Turn counterclockwise to loosen and remove the screw.
• Pull the wheel straight off the axle.

Q: How do I install the new wheel?

• Align the new wheel with the axle with the beveled side out.
• Insert the screw through the center of the wheel.
• Tighten clockwise using the Allen key while securing the nut with the wrench.
• Do not overtighten - the wheel should spin freely.

Q: How do I test it?
A: Spin the wheel by hand to ensure smooth rotation. Roll the luggage briefly to confirm it moves evenly and securely.
