What is the minimum quantity of product I need to order for Cotopaxi’s corporate/group sales program?

To qualify for our best group sales discounts and co-branding services, a minimum of 25 units is required.

We accept smaller "Short Run" orders on a case-by-case basis (minimum 10–24 units), subject to shop capacity. Please note:

  • Small runs are subject to small run fees.
  • Discount tiers are less significant than standard 25+ unit orders.

What is the expected lead time for Corporate orders?

Blank items: 2–3 business days.

Custom Logos: ~3 weeks (variable during holidays).

Rush Orders: dependent on shop capacity, subject to rush order fees.

What does shipping look like for Cotopaxi’s corporate/group sales program?
  • Standard Shipping: Ships to a single address (~3% of domestic subtotal). Expedited options available.
  • Drop Shipping: Available for individual addresses upon enrollment in our drop shipping program for an additional fee.
  • International: Subject to duties and variable rates.
Does your Group Sales program support International Orders?
When possible, we will refer you to one of our international distributors to ensure a more seamless, in-country ordering experience. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected].
Can I return/exchange products purchased through Cotopaxi’s corporate/group sales program?

No. Because of the specialized nature of bulk and co-branded gear, all sales are final.

Can you support large-scale organization and/or convention orders?

For conventions or large organizations, we offer a Special Make Up (SMU) program. These are factory-direct orders that provide optimized pricing for high-volume commitments. Factory minimums apply.

Product: Available only for select pack styles and equipment in standard colorways.

Timeline: These require a lead time of 6+ months for production and transit.

Please submit a project request to see if your preferred style qualifies for the SMU program.
