To qualify for free shipping, all you have to do is make sure your order is $99 or more before tax.

This offer isn’t valid for international delivery addresses, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders ship from Salt Lake City, UT and may vary in transit time based on your distance from Utah.

Please allow for 1–2 days for your order to be processed and ready for shipment, timeline outlined below.

Free Standard Shipping Order Over $99	Delivers 2-6 business days (Mon - Fri) after ship date.
3-Day Shipping	Delivers 1-3 business days (Mon - Fri) after ship date. No PO, FPO, APO addresses.
2-Day Shipping	Delivers 1-2 business days (Mon - Fri) after ship date. No PO, FPO, APO addresses.
Overnight	Delivers on 1st business day (Mon - Fri) after ship date. No PO, FPO, APO addresses.

Please note, we're not able to ship orders to freight forwarding companies or addresses. This includes any address associated with a freight forwarder, mail consolidator, or third-party reshipping service, even if it's located within a country we normally ship to.
If we identify that an order is destined for a freight forwarding address, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. We're unable to reroute or reship orders that have already been sent to one of these addresses.

If an order is not cancelled and is shipped, Cotopaxi is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or missing once they've been delivered to that address. We're also not able to offer refunds or replacements in these cases. Route shipping protection does not apply to freight forwarding addresses.
