Jackson Airport (JAC) is the closest airport, just 9 miles from town. Fly direct from many major hubs. You can also fly into Salt Lake City (SLC) and drive 5 hours.

Guests are responsible for getting themselves to the hotel. However, we’ll have a shuttle to and from all events this weekend.

Arrive on Friday, June 26 in time to check in and make it to the Welcome Reception (6AM–9PM). Depart on Sunday, June 28.

We have a room block at Faraway Jackson, located at 7710 Granite Loop Road, Teton Village. When reaching out to Faraway to book your stay, please inform them that you are with the Cotopaxi event. They have reserved a block of rooms for all attendees. Attendees are responsible for costs related to their accommodations. 

No, but it's highly recommended. It’s where all group departures and shuttles will originate, so staying there makes logistics much easier.

Yes. Saturday afternoon is yours to explore Jackson on your own before dinner. 

Not at all. The Saturday morning hike is optional and rated “difficult.” There's a gondola option for anyone who'd rather take in the views without the climb.
