To qualify for free shipping, all you have to do is make sure your order is $99 or more before tax.
This offer isn’t valid for international delivery addresses, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders ship from Salt Lake City, UT and may vary in transit time based on your distance from Utah.

Delivery & Package Security
Once a package has been confirmed delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Cotopaxi is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery and cannot offer refunds or replacements for these issues. We recommend monitoring your tracking updates and arranging delivery to a secure location.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact our Customer Experience team for help reviewing the delivery details and determining next steps. Packages delivered incorrectly or damaged during shipping will be reviewed separately.
Freight Forwarding & Reshipping Services
We’re unable to ship orders to addresses associated with freight forwarding companies, mail consolidators, or third-party reshipping services, including those located within countries we normally ship to.
If we identify an order destined for one of these addresses, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. Orders that have already shipped to these addresses cannot be rerouted or reshipped.
If an order is shipped to a freight forwarding or reshipping address, Cotopaxi is not responsible for items lost, stolen, missing, or damaged after confirmed delivery to that address and cannot offer refunds or replacements in these cases. Route shipping protection does not apply to freight forwarding addresses.
